Electronica 2022 in Munich was a very successful trade show for Bungard Elektronik after 2 years of CORONA.
As world market leader, we had the pleasure to show a lot of new systems for professional Prototyping.
Biggest attraction was the new fully automized MULTICOATER for
Plating through hole (PTH)
Or electroless Nickel Gold
Or other thin coatings
The machine is fully touch screen controlled. Up to 10 individual programs can be stored and modified by user at any time. Standard machine handles up to 7 tanks incl. rinsing. Modular options such as integral waste water treatment are available.
But also our RMP 210 touch multilayer press is now fully automatic with touch control. Pressure and temperature can be individually programmed over 4 time zones. Graphic display of process in progress is only one feature of the new touch display control.
Moreover, our CNC family, now with optional 0,79µm step resolution is a market leader. The systems shows perfect integration of drilling, routing, milling, laser direct imaging and dispensing and the performance leader worldwide.
HELLAS exposure units are now LED based to ensure constant light emission over the full lifetime plus reduced energy demand.
NE-CUT board cutter machines are now available upon request with optional roll rack
